Mary your name means on the one hand bitter, rebellious, strong waters; on the other hand, beloved, love, and deep love. Tradition calls Mary, the mother of Jesus, Our Lady of Sorrows. She endured bitter, heatbreaking, agonizing, traumatic, and grievious events and experiences, being the mother of Jesus. She also experienced a long, high, wide and deep love, as she was the beloved and chosen of the Father.
