History tells us that in 304 AD, Emperor Diocletion of Rome, sent an edict across it's entire empire, to destroy all Christian scripture, places of worship, and prohibit Christians from gathering to worship their Messiah; it was the bloodiest persecution of Christians up to that time. Tradition tells us a young girl in Algeria, named Victoria, refused to deny Christ, marry a non-Christian, and was imprisoned for her faith. Upon questioning in open court, she was given the opportunity to deny Christ. Instead, she proclaimed she was a Christian, that she dedicated her life to God, and had taken part in communion (the Eucharist). She lead many to Christ while in prison. She and others, were eventually martyred for their steadfast faith in Christ Jesus. Twenty years later, in 324 AD, Christianity became the preferred religion under Constantine.
Jesus in you is a Victorious Conqueror. The Lord proclaims over you, that you are Victorious because you rely on the Lord.
