God Moment: Cancer
I have had three lumpectomy's on my breasts, two on the right, at ages 17 and 20. And, one on the left at age 48. My third one was the worst as the cells had migrated towards the ducts, "we got it all" I was informed by the doctor. A month later, a friend at church had a single mastectomy, then another friend had a scare a month after that. Fast forward two years, I received a phone call from my best friend barely breathing from fright, her worst fear (and mine) she had breast Cancer. A year after that, my childhood best friends husband had rectal cancer that eventually spread, and he died earlier this year. My other very good friend, early this year, breast cancer..... At church it is often announced to pray for our sister or brother because have this or that cancer... ENOUGH!!! But, helplessly I wonder, when will it be my turn, everyone gets cancer. Everyone reading this blog has been touched by cancer in some way. Then my friend tells me, "Have you heard about this YouTube called,
The Truth About Cancer
I spend 10 hours watching the video's she has directed me towards. I am fascinated, horrified, shocked, and cannot watch enough. Today, I wake up and go through my pantry and I am horrified and disgusted at what I thought would be pretty healthy food choices, contain mostly high fructose corn syrup, which I KNOW is a "no-no" but I didn't realize would be in my ketchup, steak sauce, bbq sauce, "lite" salad dressing.... WOW!
I LOVE coffee in the morning, mine mostly looks the color of tan - I have so much "healthy" creamer in it... NO!!! high fructose corn syrup... I can't put it in my coffee, why?
BECAUSE SUGAR FEEDS CANCER
I have learned, so far, it is the inflamation in our systems that are causing so many issues. We consume 250 pounds of toxics per year into our systems, what?
